Booking Conditions:

Direct Bookings:

50% at the time of booking and 50% 15 days before the check in date.

100% booking amount will be charged for peak season and festive period bookings ( Diwali, Christmas, EID, New Years or during events such as Sunburn, IFFI, etc).

Online Bookings via OTA's:

As per the terms and conditions stipulated in the OTA's where you will book.

Cancellation and Refunds:

​

In case of cancellation 30 days before check in then there is zero cancellation charges and any deposit or booking advances are 100% refunded.

​

In case of cancellation less than 30 days and more than 15 days before check in, then there is a 50% cancellation charge that applies.

​

In case of cancellation 14 days or less before the check in date then 100% cancellation charge will apply.

Online Bookings via OTA's:

Refunds will be per the terms and conditions stipulated in the OTA's where you will  make a cancellation.
