The Villa offers..
Four beautiful air-conditioned rooms:
Two very large Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first level overlooking the pool and lawn.
One Master bedroom on the ground level with an ensuite bathroom.
One Bedroom also on the ground level with 2 x single beds and a sharing bathroom/toilet.
The living areas of the Villa are large and spacious. The main hall alone can seat 20 people comfortably. The Dining area and the Art Attic are beautifully arranged.
Our enormous kitchen is fully equipped with every basic necessity to meet your culinary needs.
The large swimming pool is the Villa's pride, designed with natural stones for that rustic island feel on the beautiful sprawling green lawns making it a great private pool villa for rent in Goa.

Our guests get served fresh home made breakfasts each morning. Specialities are the masala omlettes but vegans too not left out.

We have a special fibre optic cable piped to the villa. 70-100 mbps speed & an outdoor booster for when you in the pool too!!
Garden
We have lovely gardens at the back and front giving ample space to walk and take in some fresh air.
Daily Housekeeping
The Villa team does daily housekeeping as per guests need and present on the property 24 x 7.
Pool
We have one of the first natural stone pools in the whole of Goa giving it the Bali effect. 15mtrs x 6 mtrs pool.
Dining & BBQ Facilities
The team can cook meals for you and throw up special BBQ's if needed by guests at a nominal charge.
